1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ba77" / "the Platform" means the online gaming and sports betting service operated at ba77.io, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, and associated services accessible through the website.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" means any individual who registers an account with ba77 or accesses the ba77 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a Player upon successful registration with ba77.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player and held in their ba77 account for the purpose of wagering.
"Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by ba77 that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets a Player must place before a bonus or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the official time zone used for all ba77 platform timestamps, offer expiry dates, and session records.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process ba77 conducts to confirm a Player's age, identity, and payment method ownership.
• "Approved Payment Methods" means bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and any additional payment channels expressly listed as accepted by ba77 at the time of a transaction.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. The ba77 platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account, make a deposit, or place any bet on ba77. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. ba77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.

2.2 Single Account Rule. Each individual may hold exactly one ba77 account. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same or a different name, mobile number, email address, IP address, device, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ba77 may suspend all associated accounts, void all bets and bonuses, and retain any balance pending investigation.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information. You are required to provide truthful, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

2.4 Geographic Access. ba77 is designed and marketed for players resident in Bangladesh. Accessing ba77 from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is solely your responsibility. ba77 makes no representation that its services are lawful or appropriate in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh. If you access the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction, you do so at your own risk and ba77 accepts no liability for any consequence.

2.5 Exclusions. The following individuals are not eligible to hold a ba77 account: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) employees, directors, contractors, or agents of ba77 or its affiliated service providers; (c) individuals who have self-excluded through ba77's responsible gaming tools and whose exclusion period remains active; (d) individuals formally identified by ba77 as problem gamblers or prohibited players.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ba77 username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) delivered to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ba77 will never contact you by email, phone call, or live chat to request your password.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify ba77 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Until such notification is received, ba77 is entitled to treat all activity conducted under your credentials as having been authorised by you.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC). ba77 may require identity verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before a withdrawal, or following a change in account details. Verification may include submission of a government-issued national identification document, proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. ba77 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until KYC requirements are satisfied.

3.4 Account Currency. All ba77 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are expressed and processed in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your ba77 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be settled. Closure requests are processed within five (5) Bangladesh Standard Time business days. Any real money balance remaining in a verified account at the time of closure will be returned via the Player's registered payment method.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Approved Methods. ba77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via Approved Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and any additional channels listed on the ba77 platform at the time of the transaction. ba77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the name on the payment account must match the name on the ba77 account.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit on ba77 is ৳100. ba77 reserves the right to set deposit limits for individual accounts or to modify the platform-wide minimum with reasonable advance notice.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your ba77 account within sixty (60) seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. ba77 is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's own systems or infrastructure.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission. Funds are transferred to the Player's designated Approved Payment Method following successful KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. ba77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.5 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the deposit associated with the balance being withdrawn. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering. If a payment method is no longer active, the Player must contact support and complete additional identity verification before an alternative method may be approved.

4.6 Fees. ba77 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals made via Approved Payment Methods. Third-party fees charged by your bank or mobile money provider are outside ba77's control and are your responsibility.

4.7 Currency. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ba77 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or cryptocurrency directly. Any conversion to BDT by a third-party payment provider is beyond ba77's control.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers published on ba77 are available to eligible Players as specified in the individual offer terms. Unless stated otherwise, promotions are available to Players with verified accounts who have made at least one qualifying real-money deposit. ba77 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility at the account level where misuse is suspected.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses awarded by ba77 are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bets), time limits, and any other conditions are set out in the specific promotion terms accompanying each offer. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds remain in your Bonus Balance and cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.

5.3 Game Contributions. Different game types may contribute different percentages toward the satisfaction of a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. The specific contribution rates for each active promotion are published alongside that promotion's terms.

5.4 Abuse and Fraud Prevention. ba77 actively monitors bonus activity for patterns consistent with abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent, coordinated play across multiple accounts, and exploitation of promotional errors. ba77 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where bonus abuse is identified.

5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. ba77 reserves the right to amend the terms of any promotion or to withdraw any promotion before its stated expiry date. Where a promotion is withdrawn early, all Players who have already accepted the offer will have their wagering progress assessed fairly and any genuine winnings protected to the extent reasonably practicable.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance. ba77 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion. Bets are not accepted until confirmed by the ba77 system and a bet reference number has been issued. In the event of a system error during bet placement, the bet is void and any stake is returned.

6.2 In-Play Betting. Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to suspension at any time while play is in progress. ba77 uses real-time data from official sports data providers, but accepts no liability for bets placed based on data that was delayed, inaccurate, or not yet reflecting the actual state of play at the time of placement.

6.3 Game Integrity. All ba77 casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, and crash titles — use certified random number generation (RNG) or are provided by licensed game studios. ba77 does not interfere with game outcomes. In the event of a conflict between the result displayed on a Player's device and the result recorded in ba77's servers, the server record is the authoritative record.

6.4 Maximum Winnings. ba77 may impose maximum single-session or single-bet winnings caps on certain game types or promotions. Where such caps apply, they will be disclosed in the game interface or associated promotion terms. ba77 reserves the right to void the portion of any winnings that exceeds an applicable maximum payout cap.

6.5 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or data feed failure that affects bet settlement, ba77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. ba77 will not be held liable for losses or missed winnings arising from technical errors outside its reasonable control.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ba77 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one ba77 account or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or stolen identity information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the ba77 platform.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage, regardless of whether the exploitation was deliberate.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or promotional outcomes.
• Using the ba77 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime, regardless of the amounts involved.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication with ba77 support staff or other Players on any ba77 platform feature.
• Accessing or attempting to access ba77 systems, networks, or data beyond your personal account interface.
• Misrepresenting your location or using VPN, proxy, or geolocation spoofing technology to circumvent access restrictions.

8 Privacy and Data

8.1 The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by ba77 is governed by the ba77 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

8.2 ba77 collects personal data necessary to provide its services, verify your identity, process transactions, detect fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

8.3 ba77 uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the ba77 servers. Passwords are stored as one-way cryptographic hashes and are never accessible in plain text by any ba77 staff member.

8.4 ba77 may share your personal data with third-party KYC providers, payment processors, fraud prevention services, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law or legitimate safety concern. All third-party data processors engaged by ba77 are bound by data protection obligations consistent with industry standards.

9 Responsible Gaming

9.1 ba77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All Players are encouraged to set deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits within their account settings. These tools are available at no charge and take effect immediately upon being set.

9.2 Players who feel that their gambling may be causing financial, emotional, or social harm are encouraged to use the ba77 self-exclusion feature, which prevents access to the account for a period of the Player's choosing. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt.

9.3 ba77 supports a minimum age policy of 21 years. Players who believe that a minor has accessed or is accessing the ba77 platform must report this immediately via [email protected].

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 The ba77 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ba77 takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous service availability, it does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from delays at all times.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ba77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ba77 platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of anticipated savings, even if ba77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 ba77's total cumulative liability to any individual Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real money deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

10.4 ba77 is not liable for losses arising from: (a) internet connectivity failures on the Player's side; (b) device hardware or software failures; (c) actions taken by third-party payment providers; (d) force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government-imposed service restrictions.

11 Suspension and Termination

11.1 ba77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ba77 reasonably determines that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Player's continued use of the platform poses a risk to ba77, other Players, or third parties; or (c) the Player is under 21 years of age.

11.2 Upon suspension for a breach of these Terms, ba77 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, ba77 may forfeit the balance in full. Where no breach is confirmed following investigation, the balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within ten (10) BST business days.

11.3 Players may appeal any account suspension decision by contacting [email protected] within fourteen (14) days of receiving notice of suspension. ba77 will respond to appeals within ten (10) BST business days. The outcome of ba77's internal appeal process is final.

12 Amendments

12.1 ba77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, ba77 will provide notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the ba77 platform at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect.

12.2 Your continued use of the ba77 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using ba77 and may request account closure as set out in Section 3.5.
